Carla Davis, MD has served as the Medical Director for Partners in Home Care since 1999 and now also as the Medical Director of the Hospice Center. A native of Helena, Montana, Dr. Davis earned her undergraduate degree from Carroll College before completing her medical education in Davis, California. She then pursued her residency in Renton, Washington.
Dr. Davis relocated to Missoula, Montana in 1994 with her family and has since practiced as a Family Physician, affiliated with both Community Medical Center and Providence. In addition to her board certification in Family Medicine, she has held sub-specialty certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine since 2010.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Dr. Davis enjoys exploring Missoula’s trails, rivers, and back alleys with her Husky, Buddy.

Brook Sternberg brings over 20 years of combined experience in hospice and palliative medicine, with the last 13 years dedicated to her role as a nurse practitioner on a hospital-based palliative medicine team. During that time, she successfully built and expanded an outpatient palliative care service, growing the average daily patient census from 20 to over 200.
Brook is deeply committed to developing strong, collaborative relationships with patients, families, providers, healthcare facilities, and hospitals. She understands the importance of trust in consulting services and is known for delivering compassionate, high-quality care with every encounter.
Outside of her professional work, Brook enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two Scottish Terriers. She loves hiking, walking, landscaping, and other outdoor activities. She’s also an avid baker, with a passion for creating everything from classic cookies to intricate cakes.

With over 18 years of experience in business, she has a strong background in startup development, marketing, and brand strategy. Her career reflects a consistent ability to conceptualize, implement, and scale business models that drive sustainable growth and meaningful impact.

Chad Staggs is a 21-year veteran of the United States Air Force, bringing a wealth of expertise in Leadership and Human Resources Management to Partners In Home Care. In addition to his distinguished military service, Chad has held several leadership roles in Human Resources across prominent healthcare organizations, including Vanderbilt University Medical Center, HCA Healthcare’s TriStar Division, and CHS Lutheran Hospital systems.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Lipscomb University, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Health Care Administration from Indiana State University.
Chad is an active member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Big Sky SHRM, and he serves on multiple nonprofit boards at the national level.
