Hope Hospice Center opened in 2025 as the culmination of a years-long grassroots project led by Partners Hope Foundation’s volunteer team of committed community members and medical professionals. Our founders envisioned a dedicated center for end-of-life care, support and education where the final stage of life is valued and embraced. Supported 100% by philanthropic giving and thousands of hours of volunteer and staff time, today Hope Hospice welcomes everyone from our Montana community.
With generous ongoing community support, Partners Hope Foundation owns, maintains and licenses Hope Hospice for its long-term sustainability. This commitment ensures that Montanans today and tomorrow — including neighbors who might not otherwise afford inpatient hospice care — can access our services.
Operating Hope Hospice is a collaboration between Partners Hope Foundation and Partners In Home Care, Western Montana’s locally owned and only nonprofit hospice and in-home healthcare provider founded in 1987.
