Partners Hope Foundation is hosting its third annual Celebration of Hope. This year will be a special evening as we celebrate the opening of Hope Hospice Center, thank the community for their incredible impact to make this project possible and honor all those who have found peace and comfort at Hope Hospice since opening in mid-July.
We’ll enjoy an evening with hors d’oeuvres and a three-course meal with the company of friends and neighbors united with a mission to deliver compassionate end-of-life care, support and education for generations to come.
